The three companies grouped together means that we can provide you with a diverse range of services which enables us to follow your projects through from conception, all the way to completion, but with every little detail thought about in-bettween. Often with separate companies you will find that certain things become a bit dis-jointed, and this can cause major problems on projects, especially when your time gets wasted. Here are a few other reasons why we can offer you a great service every time:

• With any Sound Insulation Testing or Air Tightness Testing we send all of the reports out within 24hrs of the test. All you're waiting for is the post or recieving the email.
• We all have CSCS Cards. So you can be sure we will be safe on site.
• We will keep a record online, with a unique username and password for you to access all of your reports and certification, including any quotes and invoices. This helps us know that you are someone who uses us a lot which in turn will benefit you as we add you to our preferred developers list for discounts on any testing as long as you keep using us for your testing.
• As a preferred developer you will also get access to certain details of floor & wall constructions that we have found work well. You will also find information regarding different products that are available of which we have found to be a great benefit to other companies projects.
• We are able to liaise with your architects with regards to any details. One of our services is to make sure that what they have given you is actually going to meet the required needs of The Building Regulations. If we see something wrong we will let you know and provide an alternative.
